Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

So far, I have my personal property along with my investment property and all of my clients as a real estate broker signed up for Choice Home. The contractors contact clients within 24 hours and that is magnificent when you have a repair item. And, thus far each contractor has completed the repairs professionally and expeditiously.
As long as they keep up the great work, I will remain fully committed to Choice Home!
This is the second home warranty company I've used. The other one took forever- 2 hour waits on the phone, it was insane. I e never waited more than 5 minutes for a rep with this company. Usually (pre pandemic) they can book and send someone out really quickly. It has been a little slower with services (the one time I've used it during the pandemic) and they offered a reimbursement offer so if we could get someone out ourselves quicker.
I was quite impressed with the service I received after experiencing issues with my central heating system. My claim was met in a timely manner, and the technician was professional, efficient and friendly. The problem was solved and was much less expensive than it would have been if I hadn't had Choice Home Warranty
New member(?) called the claim contact number, was placed on hold for approximately 4-5 seconds and a customer rep named JIM responded ,he quickly determined my needs gathered my information gave me my claim number and that was it The problem was handled quickly and efficiently no hassle very nice for a change.
Technician scheduled the very next day. The quick service is amazing and I would definitely recommend this company to others
I appreciated how though Todd was. We had many questions which were answered perfectly.
We were so impressed with presentation and product, we bought for 3 years to start with choice warranty.

I appreciate the quick response from the Choice.... However the resolution would be faster in case of urgent needs in repair of specially the garage door issues.
Water Tex Pool technicians were very knowledgeable, explained the problems as they saw it and called Choice, had the problem resolved before I knew it. In the future I want to only deal with this company for all my future pools services.
