Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Let’s see how it goes when I have a actual claim .
I had problems with my refrigerator being too cold. The thermostat would not control the temperature no matter what setting I selected. Choice Warranty sent out Texas Appliance and TV Service to repair my refrigerator. The tech, Sarom came out the next day. In a short time Sarom had my refrigerator working. He was very polite and professional.

My plumbing company has sent you my invoicebut says you HAVE NOT openned it. Why not? Is that your way of not paying my claim. If so, just REFUND my premium of $1260.00 ASAP.

The service people and the person setting the appointment were so professional and polite that it was very nice to be treated like I was a person. I would tell anyone to go with Choice Home Warranty.
I was happy with Dionne and the quote I got. I paid for a full year and was supposed to get the policy and receipt by email. I did not. I have called and e-mail for 3 days now with no response. The credit card was charged right away and I really need the receipt and policy so I can upgrade this review...

In a recent review of your policy, our records show that we have sent an invoice as well as a copy of the policy to the email we have on file.
The Technician was very helpful and even answered a few unrelated questions. As for CWH in general, I am very frustrated in the run around I got with trying to process this claim even after 2 claim comments and a personal phone call. I felt more like CHW was trying to find all the ways to reject my claim as being uncovered versus listening to the item not functioning and then making an assessment.
Great Coverage for the Cost. Consider it the Best Value of all others.
Representative Tracy was courteous, professional, and most competent.
She explained all coverages in detail. My expectation is high and I expect they will deliver the service as promised
When I was approached about the policy to purchase from this company I was told that my hvac system was covered and that I wouldn't have to pay for certain things as far as freon etc and I got a bill to pay 180+ when my system was low on freon. Not what I was told at all. This was the only reason i agreed to use this company and apparently they agent didnt tell the truth for the sale and i paid for a year in full.
Repairman was on time. Confirmed scheduled appointment on his way to our home. His communication was very good about the problem is was servicing.
Polite in his professional mannerisms.
