Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I submitted my work request on a Sunday night for a repair of a dishwasher. And by Monday morning the request was met and I was contacted with date and time to expect the repair which was scheduled for the next Thursday. The repair company was on time, diagnosed the needed repair, and by the end of that day I was notified that the repair was too costly and the decision was to replace. I was made a fair offer from Choice with a gift card for Lowes that would allow for me to purchase a new dishwasher. The gift card and offer did not cover full cost of replacement, however I did find the offer to be fair.
Very professional and very customer-oriented. Very well pleased and iam looking forward to our connection.
When completing online, the process is not super clear. The option I needed was not on the list and not clear on how to complete the form. I ended up calling the agent helped clean up the process

Yes Home Warranty seems to be very complete and they were very helpful on the phone with some of my questions the only problem is the sales people talk really really fast and you have to tell them to slow down so you can solve what they’re telling you.
They found several specials for me that saved a lot of money this first year
The technician that came was excellent. Also very polite. Fixed the problem in a short time and very efficiently. Would recommend him and CHW to anyone.

I am glad I have this coverage with Choice Home Warranty. Had I not have had this I would have had to buy a new stove and pay the payments. Now as it is I can have my broken stove repaired and only had to pay the service fee for the first visit. Then all the rest, parts and return visit is covered.
