Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I appreciate your retention group assisting me with my service fee issues
I put in a claim this morning about my air conditioning units and in minutes a company called me. Cortinas & Sons came out immediately and took care of the problem. I was very impressed and with this kind of service, I will always be a member.
Service was Excellent Repair man was efficient very Friendly and cleaned up
Other than the email and text today it was not clear that the case manager was to call at CST or EST so I had called twice as previous emails indicated it was at EST. There was no response to my previous emails and voice mails so I doubt that the dryer unit "replacement" was really equivalent to the features and capacity of the dryer being replaced. The case manager was inflexible and refused to work with adjusting the replacement check as I know from previous experience with a CHW case manager in 1/22 that this is a flexible amount and the latter even called me at a later time after researching my request further hence I received a more just amount. He analyzed the problem immediately and was very professional. I was amazed on his knowledge concerning my refrigerator.
Alpha Appliance tech, Hamza came to our house on 5/18/2022.y dishwasher started making a loud scrapping noise after I washed the filter. It did not occur while he was here. I explained that it occurred several times during each washing but not immediately. I continued to allow the machine to run after he left. When it occurred I texted the sound to him. He then told me he would order the part. The next day or so, I received an email from Choice that they will replace the washer. I waiting for a gift certificate with Lowes.
I I submitted a claim. They couldn’t repare and offered me an amount of $245.00 thru Lowe’s for a replacement!
NOT HAPPY!!!
You can’t buy anything for that price!They also want $234 for install and $40 to dispose of the dishwasher

Tiger Barnes was the technician and he wasted no time analyzing the problem and quickly taking action. He was able to remedy the loud noise in the microwave fan and was going to order parts for the dishwasher. Thanks for finding such a good service provider.
