Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Very good response to my problem. Wait time between appointments is quite long. But repairman is very knowledgeable.
They look for any excuse to get out of coverage. Multiple problems over the multi-year warranty I bought. 1. I bought a used property, so I didn't have maintenance records. When the A/C failed, they declined to cover because I couldn't prove proper maintenance. They said it was dusty so i didn't look like it had been maintained. 2. When the dishwasher failed, the replacement value they offered was far less than the least expensive dishwasher at any store. 3. A part on the refrigerator failed, causing another part to fail. They replaced the first part, but declined to repair the 2nd part saying it was secondary damage. --- Horrible warranty coverage.
Given that all the appliances in our condo were the original ones installed when the building was completed in 2003, this was one of the best investments we've ever made. We have replaced all of them except the refrigerator at this point and the warranty went a long way in ameliorating the expenses for this retiree. So yeah, I've been telling all our condo neighbors about the high value for having this warranty. Hopefully some have reached out to you. Cheers.
The technician that came out was very professional, detailed and quick. He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in the same manner. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!
NO HESITATION WITH THE GOODS THEY OFFERED. YOU DON'T NEED TO DOUBT THEM. I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER WARRANTY COMPANY AND I MEAN A BAD ONE. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE THAT WAIT.
I highly recommend this company! When summited a claim, response was right away! The technician was available next day, due to my work I couldn’t take first appointment available. I asked to be a Saturday in the morning, I was told yes! He arrive at 7:30 AM, was very polite and knowledgeable, fix my appliances.
I can continue to go on and on about this great experience!

Excellent quick service. I only wish Choice would have the contractors call us and not set up service via email. Not everyone works in a job where they can check email on a daily basis.
