Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Unacceptable that a heat pump motor that should have replaced was denied. The excuse was that it was not normal wear and tear. Bullshit
Very professionally and timely manner done. Just technician takes time to gives the appointment otherwise choice home did excellent
After many frustrating years using Fidelity home warranty for our home we switched to Choice and are very satisfied with the company. The phone agents are friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have forged solid relationships with service vendors.

Tech very professional. Did the task efficiently. Scheduling was very hard. Changed it 3 times.
I've had a couple claims with Choice Home Warranty and they all been resolved with very little pain on my part. Without Choice Home Warranty, I wouldn't be able to wash my clothes or take a hot shower.
The technician was prompt, professional and performed the requested services very well.
Xavier of ProHandsLLC arrived on time as scheduled . We found the source , of the slab leak in our kitchen prior to his arrival so he readily was able to report to your office and correct the source of the leak. We requested if he can open a portion of the baseboard underneath the corresponding kitchen cabinet to assess how much water has accumulated underneath the base of kitchen cabinet, of which Xavier declined as he said " its not part of the requested service."
The service technician was extremely knowledgeable however Choice Warranty wiggled out again on having to cover or service a product. I wouldn't recommend Choice Warranty to anyone. I've submitted two claims and they both have been denied leaving the homeowner to take care of the issue. Highly disappointed with this warranty service!
The technician was very well-versed about his craft. He listens and is patient. Lastly, he knew exactly what to do to remedy the problem.
The technician did their job. The problem was that we were left without a dryer for over two months. There are 8 people living in the house so we had to make multiple trips to the laundromat to dry clothes which cost us hundreds of dollars. We called Choice many times to find out what was going on but kept getting told that the problem was being escalated. We never heard from anyone with Choice. We weren’t offered any reimbursements for having to utilize the laundromat for over two months. We were given the runaround every time we called.
