Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The technician was very professional and wore a mask and booties while in my home. He explained the issue and what was needed to correct it. All was completed within a timely fashion and the area was thoroughly cleaned before they left.
Sears/A&E Factory Service has rescheduled five times. Each reschedule was after the appointment day passed with no service or communication. The replacement service company finally came out and said they would have to come back another day a week later. We have been without a washing machine for two months now. This service is worthless to me.
He came out early on a Sunday! Awesome and I would hire him again?
Choice home warranty has come to our rescue in times when we needed something fixed I highly recommend them for all of your warranty needs .you want be disappointed
Great!!!! Our issue was solved as soon as the technician got out here. Unfortunately, it took a while to get one out here for our leaking toilet.

This the third time that I submitted a claim. The second and now the third have or should be resolved quickly. However, the first time involving the air conditioning system was not done well. Our "on call" Morris Jenkins tech noticed a problem with the system. We submitted a claim. The tech that you sent out to "evaluate" was given the info from Morris Jenkins. He refused to look at it, barely looked at the problem, and stated that you wouldn't approve any fixing of the problem. NOT HAPPY...and thus no evaluation until I get satisfaction.
Very good warranty with good customer service and good technicians and just need discount on price for loyal customers
The plumber from JR Plumbing was exceptional, kind, and very knowledgeable about his job! CHW did a great job in responding and approving my claim very quickly!
