Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Choice warranty doesn't want to pay to fix anything. Put three claims - all three were denied for pour reasons. Excuse after Excuse. I was pre warned by an existing customer before I chose them n did it anyway. BIG MISTAKE
I received excellent customer service when I contacted Choice. They would contact the vendor to discuss the service needed and they were extremely polite and friendly to me.
On another note, the service I received from Boss Plumbing was extremely poor. They were always late to the appointments and failed to fix the problems. As a result, the repairs required multiple visits to correct. I will request another plumbing service next time and recommend that Choice remove them from their vendor list so it does not reflect negatively on their company.
Within 3 hours of calling in my claim, I had a technician come out and 2 hours later, i learned all parts were covered. Both technician and Choice Home Warranty were prompt, professional and understanding. Great service!!

Every time I deal with customer service it is a pleasant experience. The companies that have been sent out for service calls have also all been very professional and helpful. We would recommend this service to anyone.
We've had home warranty companies in the past that were "okay" for our needs. Since we've had CHW, we've been very pleased with all outcomes. They are professional and seem fair about their decisions.

Choice Home Warranty is excellent. As soon as our claim was submitted for our broken pool timer we received a call back from the technician the very next day. The service provided was satisfactory and I'd definitely recommend this company for home warranty.
I didn't make any mistake by choosing Choice Home Warranty for my home. I took right decision in select CHW as my home warranty.

This was a re-call on a pool pump that I had already had replaced. The problem is the company sent put in a motor too small. It burned up motor and a cord to my cell, plus some other connecting parts. Choice sent new company and they replace motor again and some other parts. Chrystal Clear was great and even did follow up call. All that is left is to see who pays for new cord, second service call fee, and chemicals to re-balance pool. Happy pool is running again!
I was very please with the way my repair of my refrigerator was completed, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the repair in a timely manner. My kitchen was let very clean and I am pleased with the work that was done. Choice Warranty is much better than I thought it would be. Thank you for your professionalism.
