Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I've used my warranty several times over the years. The people they send are competent and get the job done. Most recently, my disposal broke and they replaced it. Now I've contacted them for a plumbing problem. In this old house, it seems there are issues from time to time. The plumbers have always been nice and friendly.
Was very fast in setting up an appointment for my repair,and getting the repair done.
Last night at 11 pm I noticed my air conditioning was not running. I called CHOICE Home Warranty and within a few minutes I had a claim number. And after I hung up I already received an email about the time a technician would be out to look at my air conditioning situation. So far that is great service.
Tim, our technician was excellent. Very informative and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, ac stopped cooling later in the evening.
I am very satisfied with the services provided by CHW. The response time from initial call to technician arriving is remarkable. The technician was very professional,fast and thourough,so far no problem. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
After some communication problems the service provided by the contracted technician was great.
When new claim was requested Home choice was able to find right away a provider to fix the problem. Reply was faster. Thanks
Why am I getting stuck with paying for the labor on claim #199953558?
Zero stars!!!!! When I press one star, it automatically defaults to three stars ,it is so frustrating to make a claim with CHW. Most recently my ac went out and the first ac company came out and diagnose the problem and had the part on the truck to fix it but CHW chose to get a second opinion so they had to reschedule for a second AC company to come out. The second night she can’t but he came out and didn’t know why they were there and said they couldn’t service my unit. Then CHW assigned it to a third AC company. They diagnose the problem exactly the same as the first company and fixed it but it took over a week with no air-conditioning before that finally occurred and over five phone... Read More
