Fine Print

365 Home Warranty requires a 30-day waiting day period for each contract to take effect after payment. Customers should pay $75 for each visit by an Authorized Repair Technician as a Service Order Charge. If in case a customer cancels their contract within the first 30 days of their coverage period, they are entitled to a full refund less 10% of the contract fee or lesser of $30 of the administrator fee. This depends on the law in which state the customer resides.
