Endurance offers a total of eight vehicle services contracts. You can pretty much customize your coverage so that it suits your needs perfectly. The company offers both traditional repair plans under its five breakdown protection plans, plus the option of adding routine maintenance coverage by choosing one of its three EnduranceAdvantage™ plan options. Endurance covers the systems and components you'd expect it to, plus maintenance coverage up to $3,500 per year through Advantage. Through its wide range of personalized protection, you can find the plan that's right for you, with prices increasing as you choose more comprehensive coverage.

Endurance sets itself apart from the competition by offering specialized coverage on high tech components, factory navigational systems, commercial vehicles, and hybrid/electric vehicles. In addition, all Endurance vehicle service contracts include 24/7 roadside assistance and a free year of the Endurance Elite membership, including $2,000 in benefits like key fob replacement, tire repair and replacement, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and more.

Endurance does limit its payouts to the trade-in value of the vehicle covered in the contract.

With Endurance Warranty, repair claims may be submitted after the waiting period has been completed, generally 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Deductibles are typically $100 and must be paid before the claim is to be approved. The company also pays all covered claims up front, so customers don’t have to incur in high out-of-pocket expenses or wait to be reimbursed.

This approach is quite different from that of other companies, increasing the value of Endurance policies and highlighting the benefits of their customer-centered business approach.

To further differentiate themselves from other competitors, Endurance offers car warranties that are honored wherever there is a licensed, authorized repair facility. Unlike other car warranty companies that only approve repairs at specific locations or charge extra for repairs that take place in shops outside their network, Endurance’s warranties can be used anywhere, regardless of state lines.

That means that if you’re away from home when you need vehicle repairs, you can still receive the services you need without hassles or additional expenses.

Endurance does not require vehicle inspections for the warranty coverage to begin. Making things even easier, not only is a warranty transfer allowed to a new driver or new vehicle entirely, but cancellation comes with a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.

Endurance calls this a “review period” in which customers have the option of canceling their auto warranty if they decide the product doesn’t meet their needs.

However, there is one caveat. After the initial review period has ended, if a cancellation is requested by the customer a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on claims paid out and policy time/mileage used.

Company uses deceptive practices to deny coverage. They claimed additional verification was needed when I signed up for the policy 6 months ago, however they could not provide any evidence that requests were made for that verification. I didn't find out until I tried to put in a claim. Not only will they not cover my repair, they also will not refund my money. So I'm stuck paying for a service they won't provide. How nice. Cannot recommend.

I bought my Mazda CX 5 from Crane Mazda in Little Rock Ark., over a year ago and I bought the extended warranty from ENDURANCE DEALER SERVICES , 400 SKOKIE BLVD, SUITE 105 NORTHBROOK, ILLINOIS 60062. The extended warranty was financed with the car. Today, 8/26/19, I received a letter from ENDURANCE saying my warranty will be terminated if I, don't agree to a price increase. They give me till Sept. 5 2019 to call them. Is this legal? I think I will call a lawyer.

This Company has gotten several bad reviews and my Jeep Dealer told me that they rarely honor or cover claims. Plus they were more expensive and have a higher deductable for the same coverage. Jeep offered me a better package for a lot less. So I called to cancel my plan and the agent gave me a hard time. He only canceled my plan after I threatened to call the Better Business Burrough and also give them a bad rating. The BBB doesn't even rate them. Don't do business with them!!! they will rip you off

First I tried using their We Site to get a Quote You cant In Put the Model So I Had To call Got some Rudd Women Asked her Trying to gather some Info. Have No idea what they offer she keep asking How long to I want the coverage to last so I Said 100K She insist to ask How long How many months I don't Know. Want to find out what is covered like to see in writing we went Back & forth. I PURCHASED MY CONTRACT,PAID IT OFF EARLY ONLY TO HAVE A HEADLAMP GO OUT NOT NOT B COVERED BCUS OF CORROSION...THAT ONE HEADLAMP COST ME $625.00 AT DEALERSHIP,LABOR N OTHER EXPENSES...I WAS COMPLETELY OUTRAGED...THEN NEGLUGENT WORKER AT DEALERSHIP SCRATCHED HOOD OF CAR BY SITTING HEADLAMP ON HOOD....JUST BS. NOT SURE IF I WANNA EXTEND CONTRACT THAT WAS OF NO USE N NEEDS TO BE RENEWED SOON....SMH

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. This company by far is the most deceptive company I have came across. They have so many hidden terms and clause to prevent them from paying out legitimate claims. I wasted my down payment, monthly payment, mechanical teardown cost and rental car cost. These scumbags should have a class action law suit against them. They are THIEVES, CON-ARTIS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I just called the number to get some information about a quote on my vehicle and the guy who answered the phone was one of the rudest, least helpful people I've talked with in quite some time. I had to drag what little I could get out of him myself with great difficulty. I asked him how this company is different from others. Do they pay differently, better ? Whenever I purchase a product from someone unknown, I can't help but wonder if I'm really going to get my money's worth. It was the same with Endurance as I had never used them before. However, my concern was unfounded. The only time I had to use them for an unexpected repair it all went very smooth without any issues whatsoever. I definitely would use them again. That said, I traded in the automobile that was covered by Endurance last night and called Endurance customer service this morning to cancel the contract. They denied claim caiming vehicle title is totalled. But never bothered to inform me and continue to charge monthly fee until I called them and talked through Tony for 70 min to get full refund. They need to be more transparent to customer.
