Coverage - 5 / 5

Endurance offers a total of eight vehicle services contracts. You can pretty much customize your coverage so that it suits your needs perfectly. The company offers both traditional repair plans under its five breakdown protection plans, plus the option of adding routine maintenance coverage by choosing one of its three EnduranceAdvantage™ plan options. Endurance covers the systems and components you'd expect it to, plus maintenance coverage up to $3,500 per year through Advantage. Through its wide range of personalized protection, you can find the plan that's right for you, with prices increasing as you choose more comprehensive coverage.

Endurance sets itself apart from the competition by offering specialized coverage on high tech components, factory navigational systems, commercial vehicles, and hybrid/electric vehicles. In addition, all Endurance vehicle service contracts include 24/7 roadside assistance and a free year of the Endurance Elite membership, including $2,000 in benefits like key fob replacement, tire repair and replacement, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and more.

Endurance does limit its payouts to the trade-in value of the vehicle covered in the contract.
Limit of Liability: The average trade-in value of the vehicle as provided by the NADA Guides or the purchase price of the vehicle as provided by a bill of sale.

Claims & Repairs - 5 / 5

With Endurance Warranty, repair claims may be submitted after the waiting period has been completed, generally 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Deductibles are typically $100 and must be paid before the claim is to be approved. The company also pays all covered claims up front, so customers don’t have to incur in high out-of-pocket expenses or wait to be reimbursed.

This approach is quite different from that of other companies, increasing the value of Endurance policies and highlighting the benefits of their customer-centered business approach.

To further differentiate themselves from other competitors, Endurance offers car warranties that are honored wherever there is a licensed, authorized repair facility. Unlike other car warranty companies that only approve repairs at specific locations or charge extra for repairs that take place in shops outside their network, Endurance’s warranties can be used anywhere, regardless of state lines.

That means that if you’re away from home when you need vehicle repairs, you can still receive the services you need without hassles or additional expenses.

Plans & Service Contracts - 5 / 5

Endurance does not require vehicle inspections for the warranty coverage to begin. Making things even easier, not only is a warranty transfer allowed to a new driver or new vehicle entirely, but cancellation comes with a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.

Endurance calls this a “review period” in which customers have the option of canceling their auto warranty if they decide the product doesn’t meet their needs.

However, there is one caveat. After the initial review period has ended, if a cancellation is requested by the customer a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on claims paid out and policy time/mileage used.

For more information on Endurance Warranty plans and policies, visit the company’s FAQ section under the resource center. There you will find answers to the most pressing questions consumers have about extended auto warranties as a whole, as well as company-specific details regarding policy options, coverage, and claims.

I have been with Endurance Warranty for the past 3 years. Every time I have called in, I have received the best customer service and they have answered all of my questions efficiently.

The Consumers Advocate group is just as much lies and deception as the Endurance Warranty company themselves. Read the 80 customer comments then tell me who's recommendation you are gonna take: The customers who are on the front line dishing out the dollars to get their cars back on the road or The Consumers Advocate that is either owned by Endurance or paid by them. FYI: only manufacturers can offer a warranty on their products. This is a Service Contract. There is a lawsuit in the company name all by itself.

My name is Joyce Chambers and I received an e-mail from Art Royzengurt, Endurance Customer Service Manager in Chicago, Illinois on 9 July 2020 that they would only reimbursement $492.01 for part of my claim that they denied. I have not received my reimbursement yet nor a response from Endurance on this. I am frustrated and angry on how I am being treated by Endurance.

I don't know if their warranty is any good or not, but if it is a reflection on how their billing is done, then I can't even think of referring them to anyone! I enrolled in the plan at the moment of the 1st contact due to the fact I was told that the "special" rating was only good at the moment. So - I enrolled with the knowledge that I could cancel and receive a refund on a 30 day from the enrollment date. I then went and checked other auto warranty companies. I did find another one that was more budget friendly and with same benefits. When I went to cancel the policy 5 days later and requested a refund, the agent argued that they were the best. But I had already made my decision... Read More

I have a 2014 Ford Escape with an extended warranty from Endurance Warranty and it has just over 100,000 miles the transmission went out and they are denying my claim because they said the fluid needs to be changed every 30,000 miles but according to both the dealer and the owners manual the interval for the transmission is 150,000 miles. I have filed many complaints and contracted the attorney general and the news. If need be I will be filing a lawsuit.

I had a water pump go out on my 2005 Corvette, with 76000 miles on it. I was advised by the Endurance agent to take to a mechanic for an estimate, which I did. I took it to a Chevrolet Dealership, who then contacted Endurance for authorization. It was denied because the pump went out because of normal wear and tear. I talked with 3 employees at Endurance, trying to understand their reasoning for the denied claim. They just kept repeating it would not be covered. I contact the dealership, and asked if they had this mechanical failure denied by any other warranty company, and they had never been denied before. I had my car fixed and canceled my warranty. I surmised that if they denied this... Read More

My differential, rear bearings are bad, and my power steering cooler pump is leaking in a 2012 Jeep Cherokee. I have the Diamond coverage, and it is pay off and active until 2022. I had to call and beg for an Endurance adjuster to come to the dealer to verify the problem. The bearings are making a squealing and growling noise, but the adjuster said he did not hear it. The differential is bad, but an Endurance agent (United Car Care they handle the claims) told me that the dealer needs to take it apart first to see what is broken because they would only cover a limited amount of parts inside of it. However, taking it apart would cost me about $2000. On top of that, the guy from United Car... Read More

READ THIS IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO SIGN A PLAN WITH ENDURANCE!!!! When I bought my car 14 months ago I Signed a premium extended warranty plan with Endurance. It cost me around $130 a month and was the best coverage you possibly could buy at the time. I received a loooong list of things that were covered and didn't hesitate, it was after all the best coverage you could have! Recently when I experienced a few issues with my car I remembered signing my premium extended warranty and was happy making my first call to them and have my car fixed. My joy didn't last long when I after explaining the issues heard that those were wear and tear issues and that they were not covered by my "premium... Read More

I own a 2011 BMW 750i, my AC recently went out and I live in South Florida. AC is critical here. I purchases an Endurance Contract last year in April. I have never used the warranty until the AC starting having issues. I took the care to the BMW Dealer. The condenser and compressor both are needing to be replaced. Endurance clearly states both are covered in my contract with no exclusions. The service manager called and said Endurance will not cover the compressor, but will cover the condenser. I then asked why he said my car the compressor is all one piece made up of coils and the coils inside the compressor are bad. I then asked him if my assumption was correct, they can replace the... I bought this warranty in August. I seemed really great! Bumper to bumper coverage, monthly payments but they recorded the mileage wrong but I didn't know that until I took my car in to get it fixed. Then they refused to fix it. They would not change the mileage and not I can't get a full refund. This place is a joke. I absolutely regret getting this coverage. DON'T DO IT!!!!!
