Endurance offers a total of eight vehicle services contracts. You can pretty much customize your coverage so that it suits your needs perfectly. The company offers both traditional repair plans under its five breakdown protection plans, plus the option of adding routine maintenance coverage by choosing one of its three EnduranceAdvantage™ plan options. Endurance covers the systems and components you'd expect it to, plus maintenance coverage up to $3,500 per year through Advantage. Through its wide range of personalized protection, you can find the plan that's right for you, with prices increasing as you choose more comprehensive coverage.

Endurance sets itself apart from the competition by offering specialized coverage on high tech components, factory navigational systems, commercial vehicles, and hybrid/electric vehicles. In addition, all Endurance vehicle service contracts include 24/7 roadside assistance and a free year of the Endurance Elite membership, including $2,000 in benefits like key fob replacement, tire repair and replacement, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and more.

Endurance does limit its payouts to the trade-in value of the vehicle covered in the contract.

With Endurance Warranty, repair claims may be submitted after the waiting period has been completed, generally 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Deductibles are typically $100 and must be paid before the claim is to be approved. The company also pays all covered claims up front, so customers don’t have to incur in high out-of-pocket expenses or wait to be reimbursed.

This approach is quite different from that of other companies, increasing the value of Endurance policies and highlighting the benefits of their customer-centered business approach.

To further differentiate themselves from other competitors, Endurance offers car warranties that are honored wherever there is a licensed, authorized repair facility. Unlike other car warranty companies that only approve repairs at specific locations or charge extra for repairs that take place in shops outside their network, Endurance’s warranties can be used anywhere, regardless of state lines.

That means that if you’re away from home when you need vehicle repairs, you can still receive the services you need without hassles or additional expenses.

Endurance does not require vehicle inspections for the warranty coverage to begin. Making things even easier, not only is a warranty transfer allowed to a new driver or new vehicle entirely, but cancellation comes with a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days.

Endurance calls this a “review period” in which customers have the option of canceling their auto warranty if they decide the product doesn’t meet their needs.

However, there is one caveat. After the initial review period has ended, if a cancellation is requested by the customer a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on claims paid out and policy time/mileage used.

We traded our 2019 Honda CRV and need to cancel our Endurance warranty. After 30 minutes on hold a customer service employee explained she would email the necessary paperwork but after 5 days have not received the paperwork. The company seems reluctant to refund our unused contract money. They don't reply to emails either. Paul Chalker, Covington, WA.

I spoke with a Claims Representative on 3/25/2022. On Friday 3/11/2022, I was out of town decided to get an Oil Change at the Valvoline. Before going there, I called the Protect My Car to let the Representative that I was at the Valvoline to get my Oil Change. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally, I could not wait any longer, so I left. All day I called and was on hold. I even left my phone number so one of the Rep can call me back. I received no calls from Protect My Car. Monday, I called back again to Protect My Car....I got out of work at 5 and let the phone ring and ring, I was on hold for again, an hour, I again, left my phone number to have a Rep call me....No return call... AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID......they attempt at every which way possible to not honor a claim.... They had me try to reach out to prior owners for invoices for repairs that has nothing to do with my ownership of the vehicle. This has been the worst experience of any warranty company that I have dealt with by far. I had two car policies with them and I cancelled both asap. Horrible

Just received a notice( Oct 2021) that Endurance needed more money for my car warranty. I have no dealings with Endurance. They are trying to scare and scam people. Turned them into attorney generals office but as I see it’s a well known scam that’s been going on for awhile. WHY doesn’t someone protect us from these vultures. Shame on you Endurance. If I could give minus stars, I would.

We were scammed too. At first they tell you that all you have to pay is your $100 deductible and they will pay for the repair right over the phone with a credit card. The problem is that when it's time to make a claim they try everything they can to NOT pay. They send a 3rd party inspector out after your mechanic makes the claim. This inspector outright lies. Our inspector claimed that he couldn't see the leak in our AC when the mechanics right next to him could clearly see the leak. CLAIM DENIED

How much did Endurance Auto Warranty pay for this page on your website? This company is a SCAM. Received a letter for my elderly father from sender titled "2021 Vehicle Notification Department" that said "We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Service Plans (EVSP) effective August 19, 2021. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." The problem is he does not have extended vehicle service plan with this company and the letter is designed to look like it comes from a legitimate company where he does and that it's imperative he call them to "honor the service contract...
