Well they definitely did a number on me I am on disability I called the zebra to get insurance and the agent I spoke to you told me that it showed I did not have insurance and that my insurance had lapsed which it had not but he charged me as if it did anyway I faxed him paperwork to show that I had insurance until the fourth of the month and I bought insurance through zebra on the second of the month he put that in which lowered my payments but my down payment stayed the same and apparently he broke that up in to 2 Payments but I wasn’t informed of that I also explained to the agent when I bought the insurance that I was on disability and could not make my payments until the third of the... Since I requested a quote, in 3 days I have received 62 phone calls. The calls do not stop. They keep coming from the same city and state just one number difference. I bought from somewhere that wasn’t listed on the zebra because of this experience. It has been horrible! Sorry, I would write more, but I have a call coming through about insurance......

DO NOT USE ZEBRA!!!!! They are an agent for multiple companies and once they get your money, if you have any problems, they do not care and will tell you to call the company you have insurance through. Horrible Customer service!!!!!

I filled out all the information on the website and when it was done it was direct me to insurance companies that I had to refill out everything in order to get a “don’t waste your time

Its just a portal to get you to a bunch of insurance company sites that ask the same questions and probably get a commission for doing it. They say "give us your email and we won't spam you" LIE 15 mins later I start getting e mails from insurance companies I did not contact asking me to call them. RUN Forrest RUN!!!!!!

Please don't believe these people. I recently purchased insurance through their representative (Mara Dean) and she used my credit card information illegally to purchase another insurance that I did not ask for. It has been more than a week now and I have not got any refund yet. Never give your credit card details to people in Zebra.
