Complete waste of time. The three quotes I got for auto insurance are triple what I'm paying.

I completed my home insurance form yesterday (02/05/2022) and was promised a quote "within a few minutes". IT IS 24 HOURS LATER, AND STILL NO QUOTE?

Horrible experience. Very misleading company. First it told me I could only speak to an agent, no quotes were provided. That call included a 20 minute hold. While holding I refreshed the page three times it gave me three companies. Horrible prices and no clear break down of what you were getting. When I finally got someone on the line they told me they had nothing to do with the website and they had no information about my quotes. I feel like I just provided my personal info to nefarious actors. This website is trash and no one should bother. They do not help you as advertised.

I recently purchased homeowners from the zebra through a call. I made clear the start date is October 12. On the call the agent repeated the date October 14 to me AT LEAST 3 times, possibly 5. Every time it happened I corrected him. Alas my mortgage company called today telling me the date is wrong and I had to go through the ordeal of changing it, while the insurance company needs another day for the change to turn around.

Total, utter waste of time. This site generated only 3 actual quotes...all from companies I have never heard of. Actual quotes from "real" companies only available by click through. And beware..their "no spam" policy is full of holes! Within 2 HOURS I began to receive spam from insurance companies.

I’ve tried several of these type sites that say you won’t be boombarded by insurance Co.’s with quotes and having to fill out your info with each of them . You can add another to the list !. All these type CO’s can’t deliver on what they promise so ignore any that make these claims

For me, Zebra was a complete waste of time. It generated one quote and that for only bare bones coverage. It listed other companies, again for bare bones coverage, but without quotes. For quotes, I had to click through and enter all my information again, just as if I had skipped Zebra altogether and gone straight to the insurance companies' websites. After using it, I am not sure what the point of Zebra even is.

Yes the zebra car insurance might be cheap but you're also not getting full coverage in compensation to cover getting car fixed or replacement or rental it just covers the other person's car other then yours .Can anyone in the world read the fun print or is it that fact people are way too stupid to comprehend it . Even Mexican can't even can't !.read the fine print they believe everything that come in front of them just like rice beans and lard .

The web site states that they won't flood my email with spam, the zebra web site is the only site I provided my email to and now I am get bombarded with spam emails. UNLESS YOU LIKE SPAM EMAILS DON'T GIVE THE ZEBRA WEB SITE YOUR EMAIL. The quotes(?) never showed up.

This site doesnt do anything. Spent 10 min filling out questionaire thinking its going to show me quotes and it just listed 5 or 6 insurance companies with buttons saying Get Quote. I clicked each one and they all just ask me to fill out all the same questions. This site is literally pointless. Dont waste your time.
