Quentin Atkins, was awesome and very helpful on question and concerns. When I asked him about spraying the shed in all the areas I requested he had no problem and he explain about spray and how it works. He also made sure that every inch of my house was sprayed.

Completely deceptive sales process and services agreed upon not performed. I have cancelled service immediately and requested credit card not be billed.

Tech was great. I have rat traps that are supposed to be filled and these traps are not from Aptive. Tech did not fill them. Also, I need ADVANCED notice of when you are coming out for an appointment. Sending me an appointment notice THE DAY OF the appointment isn't going to work for me.
