There were spider webs not removed in the upper garage and on the windows on back porch. Otherwise, things looked good. Polite personnel.
when he came they were giving pressure cleaning to the house and he told me that he would come back later and he came back. Excellent!
I work 3rd shift, so I’m not usually up when the technician comes through. I see that he treated for spiders and ants. He also needs to treat for wasps. Are they suppose to bush the webs down? They need to also make sure to treat the play set .
Joshua did a wonderful job. He remived several nests for us and dozens of spider webs. He was fast and efficient. He very clearly knew what he was doing.
Costumer service was great. They were extremely friendly abd helpful.
William Clark 5 did an excellent job. He went right to the hornet's nest (literally) and sprayed both the nest and areas near the nest.
We can now walk around our house without getting attacked.
He was very informative and covid aware. Used all the protection protocol
I had a service performed and the person who did the service, Ferney, was very thorough. I really liked how he explained what he was going to do before starting and then afterward walked me around the house to show me exactly what was done. Job well done!
Technician was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job identifying problem areas and resolving them.
