Didn’t spray yard,did not announce himself upon arrival,came to my property unannounced, every action caught on recorded cameras, not happy, expect immediate refund!😡
Concern: My wife stated that she only saw the service technician only treat the front yard with the pellets for the ant activity and not the sides or back yard. and he only did the front after she said something about the service. What is the actual service provided for us? is there conditions of what is treated or not treated? what is listed on the service report, was it actually completed? does it really on takes a couple of minutes to complete the listed service? we are concerned the service is rushed to save your costs and time. ?

i have been a customer for over a year and have had many technicians work on my property. but the job done this last time was not satisfactory. I need a reservice again in less than 2 weeks.
Justin takes the time to find all the spider webs, wasps nests, etc. and remove them. He takes care not to spray where my fruit trees and vegetables are, whether in ground or in pots. He is caring and careful and very much appreciated!

Omar was very pleasant and attentive to my pet concerns. I am pleased that the webs were cleaned from the house. So far, so good.

Friendly guy who went above and beyond clearing out a nest above and under the deck for our children. He also help with ants inside when we spoke to him about her concern. Incredible personality. Great guy. Was so nice to my 4 year old that following him around during his visit. Nicholas rees was amazing!
