Underwhelmed is the best way to describe my recent service. There’s no way that service is worth $105. This 30 day follow up service doesn’t come close to the spraying I received for the initial spraying. If the other quarterly treatments are like this I won’t be renewing or recommending Aptive and I’ll just do it myself and save a lot of money. The technician was friendly and left me a few traps for mice when they start coming indoors for the fall. But I was surprised at how quickly he sprayed around the foundation and the barrier depth and height coverage wasn’t much. Not good at all. The bug problem is not solved. And then there are lot of cobwebs around and in the house with spiders in it. I'm putting a hold on this payment.

Y'all can cancel that account and if possible can you please give me back my money cause y'all made my bug situation worse than what it was like that stuff y'all sprayed has been attracting even more flies and things with wings.... PLEASE don't come back and spray any more of whatever y'all have been spraying

The message said it was done but since it was to be done in the morning. We did not wait until he show according to his message at 8:00 that morning which after read is I taught it was the next day and Mrs read it differently the same Your serine is NOT GOOD WE except it to great better or we will cancel
