This is the homeowner. Very disappointed. No service contract. Told there would be a free follow up in1month. Had to call. Got charged for quarterly visit in less than 1 month visit. Not acceptable. Tech are great, corporate people you can do better. Resolve this. BBB will be notified. Your rating system must be rigged. I can’t give an honest reaction.

Curtis was very polite, patient and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and why. Curtis was very knowledgeable about different insects and provided great suggestions.

Pedro was amazing! He also speaks sign language which is super helpful since my friend is deaf and is home when I'm not. This enables Pedro to communicate and is less stressful for my friend. What a gem!

Here are the areas missed by the brush and spider webs remain. Under front light which is above the house number. Left side of front door. Upper corner in back near porch has some kind of nest. Could this please be taken care of? Maybe send a technician more thorough. Thank you. Troy
