We have a security camera and could see that he did not do the front or the front courtyard. When I called about not having service, they said that he was not able to get into the backyard. We don't have a dog or the gate locked so apparently he did not spray anything at our house.

Tech was very professional and respectful. he also explained what he would be doing and the treatment that was being done. He also noted that if for any reason the treatment did not perform as explain to just send picture of any insects or spiders and treatment would be redone. I was very impressed of the service and the information given at the time of arrival. Good job done.

Just sprayed around the house and left. I was busy with something and couldn't show him around. Didn't think he would just leave without saying anything

They’re not adhering with what the sales rep advertised/promised. Gnats, spiders, etc are still existing after 3-5 days service.
