Please do not send Hector back to my house. He once again did not do as instructed. My wife had to ask him to spray the back porch area (which is attached to my house). Please do not send him to the house again.

Jarell Mills, seemed to have done a good job. Very personable and respectful. My wife was here, I got here about 10 min later and he was already done w/ the outside. I asked him to do some spraying on the inside, which he did but he was about to leave. I told the sales person that I prefer the inside always gets hit a little. Over all good experience, hard to rate a 5 when I wasn't here during the entire treatment. Also, I thought they were supposed to call when they were on their way? Otherwise, I would have been here.
