Brandon has doubled back to our home and has totally handled the wasp nests. After a bit of confusion with our address & my call to Aptive, Brandon came back this afternoon and eradicated the nests. He even found more locations and has rid us of the nasty wasps. Thanks for the good service. Steve

The reason for this service call was for the technician to bring bait boxes - outdoor traps for mice. He did not bring them. He acknowledged that he knew he was supposed to bring them, but he didn't bring them. He blamed it on "the company." He said that since the control of the company moved to Salt Lake City, he frequently shows up for jobs without having the items he needs, because they are not in the warehouse. In addition, he broke the law by showing up without a mask. This is Cuyahoga County and currently there is a law requiring masks, because we are extremely close to "Stage 4" (state of emergency) with the number of coronavirus cases. Nick came today to spray the inside of our house. He was friendly and efficient. He called to let us know he was on his way. He wore a mask and shoe covers inside. We are very pleased.

I am beginning to believe that your phone services consist of ONE person. Two separate attempts today. The second time, after 23 minutes I get the message that there are no representatives available. This is a bit ridiculous.

He was very friendly and willing to come and spray inside my home and outside my home. He was willing to spray in my basement and bathroom, and listen to our problem areas.

Jamal, our technician, is quite a gentleman and he cares about what he is doing... The five stars are for him!... I give four stars for difficulty in accessing a person and loooong telephone wait time.. Truth is am happy Jamal made up for any frustration!
