Tech did a great job. I was supposed to notified when work was to be done.
I received an E-mail the morning of. Not good
The service was wonderful. He took great care around our outdoor cats and the vegetable patch. We have cured our cellar cricket problem. The technician was polite and worked with great efficiency.
Our last quarterly treatment did not do anything to stop the spiders. Don't know if it was poor application or ineffective materials. Either way, we called in for a re service as we are covered in webs. They came out two weeks later and said that they would only be sweeping the webs away, no treatment. I was told that if he were to spray they would have to charge another quarterly fee. Then he did the worst job ever sweeping webs. Spent all of 2 minutes. Every other company re treats if the initial treatment doesn't work.
He sprayed but there are roaches inside and need him to spray inside. Account is 1684261

Steve was very professional and as I live in a condo....he double checked to be certain he was treating my property. I really felt sorry for him working in this heat/humidity in a long sleeved shirt as he was here early in the day. It was already extremely hot and made working outside very uncomfortable.
Teams are specific with what I want them to do when it comes to the extermination of the insects. Respectful and on time. Thank you for doing a great job! Kalen, Dylan, and Taylor! I would suggest with the pandemic going on right now, they should wear their face mask for their protection and their customer's protection. mainly when speaking with customers. But aside from them, they are awesome!!

There’s 4 bees nest that were not removed and are still there in the front and back I’m not happy with results
He did a great job getting all the spider web, not like the previous technicians. Would recommend him to come back
