Jacob L. claims he was here this morning to apply a second application around the home. He indicated he was here at 9:18 am. Both my husband and I were awake at the time,I was even sitting next to a window, and we were not aware he was here. I don’t think he was, but we paid for his service. There was no note left, nor a knock or ring of the doorbell.

The technicians did not wipe all of the edges of the hot tub because there is still a significant infestation on the back side. They said they spent an hour but I would estimate 15 minutes of actual work.

The application was applied during a driving rainstorm and only took 6 minutes. Obviously we have no way of knowing how effective it will be only having been put on today but I have deep reservations of its effectiveness.
