Our tech was very professional and sweet. She made sure to get all cobwebs and serviced all areas. Very, very pleased!

Actually, I am not happy with the job at all. I was told my front and back yard would be treated for fleas and ticks and my fosset by my doors would be sprayed with a repellent after the itty bugs and webs were removed. None of this happened. I was also told the inside would be completed for spiders and roaches along the baseboards and the guy said it would get done on my next visit. The tech did not tell me he was completed before he drove off and was here for about 15 minutes. No way he got done what I was promised. I feel completely ripped off. My technician did a thorough job and also took care of my special request. I had wasps behind a few shutters and he eliminated them.

Josh gave very good explanations of process. He was very polite while on-site.

both Melissa and Fidel were friendly and completed the job as was originally described to me. I tried to filled out short questionnaire so Melissa would be eligible for a bonus, but the website did not work. Please acknowledge Melissa and Fidel for a job well done.
Great service. The guy was very nice and respectful. He let me know when he arrived, exactly what he would be doing and he let me know when he was done!
We were here, waiting in the yard and we had canceled plans so we could be here when the technician arrived so we could show them where the hornets nest was. I had called several times to confirm my service and was told that our house was the next stop. We waited for 2 hours for the technician to arrive. No one ever showed up. Again, we were here in the yard the whole evening. We ended up going to Home Depot to buy some spray. We are very disappointed.
