Jerome is so good. He totally went out of his way to help me with my caulking gun. I wanted to seal up areas behind the fridge once he moved it. He is also very kind and polite!

I came down shortly after he put the tag on my door and unless he jumped the fence to take care of the back yard he did not spray the patio and the back of the house was not wiped down. So I'm not pleased with the service today.

Yesterday, July 30, 2020, we received a call from Jeffrey Sergilus, stating he was out front ready to perform our treatment and did we have any specific areas to focus. We told him a couple of areas and he said he would take care of it. Since we were waiting to let the dogs out, we checked outside to see if Jeffrey was outside. Nothing. Waited couple minutes and still nothing. So, I called him and asked where he was, he stated he must have done the wrong house. I asked what house he was at, he said 4 Brookwood. We are 2 Brookwood. He apologized and came right over to do the treatment. No problems. My concern is if we weren't paying attention we would have paid for a trea...Read More
