Nicholas Rees was our technician today and he did a very thorough job. He spoke with me first, told me what all was going to be done and asked if I needed treatments done inside the home as well as what was going to be done outside. He also answered any questions I had and reminded me that re-servicing in between quarterly appointments, is free. I am very happy with today's pest control service.

Quentin Atkins was courteous and efficient. I like the fact that he checked in and asked if I need any specific areas treated before doing the work. Would like to have him do my next quarterly treatment. The support line and lack of agents on it/easier way to contact Aptive remains a sore point but that is not the technician's fault.

The pest control guy Martonyo Greenwell is polite and humble and nice person. He came to my home to spray insecticides. Before he started his work, he explained me everything that was related to insects. Excellent Job Tony ;).
