I’m mad! This technician did NOT knock on my door or ring my bell. I have a dog to put away. My back yard was NOT Serviced. I want a REFUND! And your Star rating will give him a minimum of 3 instead of 1.

I never saw the guy. He did not do inside the house and I was told they would do my shed for mice and today as I’m cleaning a mouse ran out of the shed. I would like someone to call me please thank you. We were home no doorbell rang. Thank you

The 2 technicians that came (in two trucks) spent less than 5 minutes on my property, and barely did anything (I watched from the window). They did NOT address the issues I advised them on & did not brush down the cobwebs on the house, or spray the areas I requested. The technician usually rings the doorbell when his is finished, they didn't even do that. Basically they walked around the property a few minutes and left. In the report he sent me, NO PICTURES or details of what they did, and it's not even my name on the report (I am NOT Holly) and the technician name isn't correct either. Answer the phone! Return a call! Respond to an email! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Do you even have anyone working in customer service? Don’t sign up for Aptive. Bad. Bad. Bad. This is a sham. Wow! Can’t even leave less than 3.5 stars review on this portal. You don’t even deserve ONE star! This has to be a joke!

I was not home yesterday during the visit. my neighbor just told me that the technician did NOT do a good job. all he did was sweep the duster around my front door & the 1 shutter next to the door. that is about 5% of the perimeter of my house. I would like someone else to come back and do a complete job. that is terrible to hear, trusting that when i am not home that my house is taken care of.

Highly dissatisfied. Service was required inside the house they left without informing me or coming inside to do the ant service! Horrible Will cancel if not re-serviced ASAP

Jason did a good job with our spray. He also replaced the paper traps in the garage. He was quick, efficient and explained what he would do. A plus was he was masked.
