He was polite and knowledgeable. He wore his mask. He listened to my concerns and had suggestions for them too. It was really nice to see him again and I felt like the consistency of the same person helps to get to know them and trust them too. Thanks for doing a great job.

The technician came to the door, introduced himself as an Aptive tech here to provide us with our initial service. He was very personable as he verified that we would be charged $49 for the service and he said it would take him about ten minutes and that he would let us know when he had finished. He walked down to his truck put on the backpack, came back up and walked around our house. He then returned to the truck took off the backpack and returned to the front door and rang the bell and said he was finished. All this in under five minutes. Though the tech's notes indicate he went around the house and removed spider webs, he did not do that; there is still a spider web at the front ...Read More

I was told upon the guy that came to my door that the wasp nest would be knocked down and the dirt nest would be destroyed none of that happened i hope the whole yard was sprayed being that no one was home to watch.

Hello I believe if a technician goes out to provide service he or she should have the available material to pass out to theirs customer. I asked the technician to give silver fish package so I can placed them on my closets and he told me he didn’t have enough and only gave me three of them, I have 7 closet or places where I regularly placed them. Next time you send some one to my address send them with enough materials. Over all he did good THANK YOU,

I wonder if this company is going out of business. They did a good job my first year of service but now that I am on a quarterly billing, it’s like I’m no longer their customer and don’t care if I am. They have no problem taking my money but after my quarterly service was performed (not adequately) I made a request for them to return to spray again (which is included as part of the agreement). I requested help via email on July5 and July 8 and received no response at all. It is now August 1 tomorrow. I have called numerous times and after waiting for 20 minutes each time the company recording just disconnects me. I don’t know if any other way to get a hold of them.
