I still have spiders on my house and wasps. Your treatment doesn’t last long. I doubt I would recommend your company. Not to mention that your rating stars won’t let me rate you 2stars. Rigged

Your rating will not allow me to put 1 star. Actually 0 stars is how I feel about your company at this point. Your tech today did not help. No, service was not completed. Call me back I will fill you in. I have held on eternal hold for the last time. This tech lied to my face about ringing my doorbell to let me know he was here. I just happened to see his truck out front. He said he rang the doorbell but he did not. He did not even come on the front porch. I have a ring doorbell. He just started spraying the exterior perimeter while he was talking on the phone.

Technician was coming to treat inside of our house without proper PPE (no mask) and without boot cover. I asked him and he responded that "he might have ran out of them". He did go back to his vehicle and came back with mask and boot cover. Disappointing that during Covid-19 companies don't require service employees to wear PPE. Issues didn't stop there. After treating inside of the house, technician spent few minutes outside and left. We received comments after the service completed email was sent with his notes that "he did so much" in such a short period of time, that was basically impossible. Reaching out to customer service was impossible, no one ever answered my calls. AVOID!

My technician notifed me when he arrived, did his work outside and left. I was pleased with his work. The link to score a $5 bonus for him does not work. But he deserves it. Elaine Wolf

She did a good job communicating to tell me what she was doing and to stay off the lawn for 30 mins. She got the job done efficiently. Maybe just remind her to close the gates in the future. My dog got out after she left because the gate was open. My fault for not checking but it would be nice if I didn't have to worry about it.

The technician that came to my house today was outstanding! His name was Michel Carbajal and he was amazing and he put forth exceptional effort in his work. He had to open my painted shut windows (original to my 1920 house) and remove 3 screens in order to remove several wasp nests. He put every screen back perfectly and I’m still impressed. Thank you Michel! Well done

I don't know what you guys did, but after your service, we have had spiders, ants, and earwigs everywhere throughout the house. There hasn't been a week without them being around. Please do something about it.
