Worst ever. The technician did NOTHING and my cameras show it. I called Nashville and complained. The young man should be fired.

You all should know that Julio cubios where's my technician today you did an outstanding job very personable very professional. I almost quit your service due to the fact but it's hard to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment or to cancel our appointment or to discuss it appointment. My last technician showed up at my house while I was at work did not even have an appointment with me said he did the work and then left but only did the front yard because I do have a dog and a locked gate. I went to submit a credit to Julio for $5 and it would not let me enter the web page. But just so you all know he did a fantastic job and I hope that he is my technician from here out. James Frederick is very professional and accommodating. I missed his morning arrival and even though he didnt have to he still returned in the afternoon to service us. The treatment and service was handled efficiently and I would recommend Advent to anyone because you have people like James.

I tried to leave 4 stars but for some reason it wouldn’t let me. He left the side gate open and all 3 of my dogs got out. Took an hour to wrangle them up. One is an aggressive pit bull and we’re lucky it didn’t kill a kid. Do better.
