I was told by the sales rep who initially signed us up that she would knock down spider webs and eggs, and other nests from wasps, etc. There are still LOADS of spider webs and nests on our deck, like it was never touched. I thought we were paying for more than just the outside foundation being sprayed... Correct me if I'm mistaken.

I have been trying to reach someone, anyone for 4 days!! I have left numerous messages and held on the phone for more than an hour. I am hearing the scratching noise again and I need someone to check the traps you set or to set new ones.. I called once again and held and then an auto recording comes on asking me to leave a message which I did and of course no return call!! I cannot believe you operate this way!!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and competent. He told us about keeping our dogs aways from spray areas to protect them and what to do to held rid us of Fruit Flies. He sprayed where we asked. We were very pleased by the job that he did for us.
