My elderly mother was suckered into Aptive. She had to fulfill her 4 treatment contract and in order to cancel the service they make it impossible to speak to anyone. I was on hold over 50 minutes after holding the first time for 15 to speak with customer service only to be told that they have to transfer me to someone else to cancel service. No apology for the wait and they had someone elses email address connected to our account. The treatments were not worth what we paid. We would not recommend!

I don’t think the technician was bad, but the spiders are still all over the front of our house. I don’t know if he sprayed the upper portions around our porch and garage? There are still lots of spiders and webs. Would really like those to be gone.
