I was not satisfied with your initial service and I’m not satisfied with your partial service on 7/31/20.
You missed Following!
- Interior, backyard, garage, etc!
- And you did not service a rodent bait box!
I would like to cancel and be refunded the full amount charged to my card!

Daquane was very kind and pleasant. He reviewed with me any questions I had and explained everything.
I saw him going around the house and covering all parts of the house.
He did a great job.
My Technician was professional, polite and conscientious of his work ! He reminded me to keep my small dogs inside the house for a while. He also treated my garage and put a couple of trays for cockroaches and other bugs. Great Work - Thank You
Technician carelessly sprayed windows that had recently been professionally cleaned. Failed to walk an extra two steps to be certain application was done properly.

Tyree Thompson performed my treatment today. Called when he got here, reminded me to not let my pet out for an hour after service and asked if we were having any problems. Nice and did a good job.
Everything was great. Questions were answered and concerns were taken care of.
Technician was very professional and neat while doing his job. He worked quickly, but was thorough.
employee did not tell me his name of leave me a card with it . I felt he didn't spend enough time spraying the area around home maybe 10 min? I asked to have him spray the ground around my mail box as there were constant spider webs there. He cleaned part of the webs but I didn't see him spray. He didn't even tell me he was done. just left
I guess the first application with Tony was a better experience.
I mean I can't judge on if it works yet or not. They just sprayed. They did spray around house and were really nice. I was disappointed they don't spray under eaves/over hang. That is the worst part. I was told it was illegal to spray over head and it may be but I know companies that do spray over head. So at this point I will have to do that myself .. No one told me that until I signed up for service.
