Service technician came around 5:30pm. Around 8:30pm - my husband was walking in the back patio and there were still multiple, large spider webs and spiders! T
I do not believe the technician did a thorough job, even though i specified this in my service notes with pictures in the all. I am not happy at all.

We were told that the technician would be coming on Tuesday the 11th at 6:30 and instead we got a text notification AFTER the technician came and apparently treated our property when we were not home. There's no way that anything other than the front yard could have been treated because our dog was in our backyard because we weren't not expecting anyone until tomorrow. We also thoroughly told the salesman that came to our door that our main concern was rodents INSIDE the home and not outside the home. He never once said they dont usually treat inside and treat more on the outside which is very Finley printed in the contract. Very pleasant and knowledgeable employee. Called and knocked on my front door. Unfortunately I was grinding re-rod and did not hear her. She heard me and came around the back of the house. She gave me an overview of the service she was about to perform. I then showed her the problematic area’s and she went right to work. “Ryan” I believe was her name. She was done in no time and seemed to enjoy her job. Showed me piece of the nest the hornets had made in my tree roots. A+ employees and service.
