I have had the worse experience with this company so far. They do not spray where they say they will and have requested 3 times to have the inside sprayed and the tech has not done so he leaves before coming in even after requesting it. I have called and complained they sent a tech to re spray and he still did not cover requested areas, in fact, lied on the description of areas covered because my garage was closed no way he could have sprayed inside. Also, ants have doubled since they started spraying. I have been trying to contact customer service for several weeks after holding over an hour it hangs up. I am very happy with the service done my Dominik, he was very professional and extremely hardworking man and helpful. He took the extra mile and went beyond to make sure we understood the process and were happy with the final service.

He was polite, helpful, and very informative. It was a pleasant experience. Nice person.
She did an excellent job overall with the service!!! The way she sprayed and move around to ensure that she is covering the most areas. Most importantly she was wearing booties before got into the house.
I dont think she checked my front I still have webbing and a few spiders. Also when she came, I had no clue she was even here or even came. The last guy last month knocked at my door and I answered. I would like to be contacted to let me know you are there. Thanks.

Technician was AWESOME!!! He carefully inspected the issues those I have concerned with. He gave me helpful recommendations as well. Through out the treatment, he take care of my entire home carefully. I really appreciated his work. Thank you so much.
Service was limited to interior baseboards (hit or miss), didn't do closet baseboards (very likely where any pests will migrate to) and exterior foundation (did not spray entire foundation along ledger board connecting deck to the house). Tech did address some exterior high areas for wasps.
The service was decent, but it was at 9:00 at night and I received over 15 different messages regarding service was upcoming. Terribly upset at the service and will look at service with another company after numerous bad results and lack of follow through
