Greg Reece “serviced” my lawn on Friday August 7th. I spent my entire day in the backyard waiting for him. By 3:30 I checked my email only to find one from Aptive saying he had completed service. If he actually was there, he never came to the side of the house where I was (I have a very big dane who would’ve let me know) nor did he let anyone know he was there so he could be let into the backyard (we have a fence and there were four people home at the time). I’ve called a couple times now to discuss this matter and cannot get through. This is absolutely not worth the $140 I paid for service. I want a phone call from someone in your company. If not, I will report Aptive to the BBB.

Raul checked in with me and out with me. He smiled and asked if there were any concerns or targeted areas that he could fix. He was very approachable and did a great job and was attentive to details. He sweater his butt off while working. Give that man a cigar, a drink of his choice and a bump in pay or some incentive to keep pleasing customers. I hate your robocall system.
