Pedro was great. Knocked to let me know he was hear and spent a good amount of time apply his chemicals. He talked to me when he left and explained what he did and to give the product a couple of hour to dry. He represents your company very well. Doug Murphy

The sprayed areas had standing liquid on them. The spray is usually light and dries very quickly. Not the case this time.

I just got home and haven't had a chance to examine things, however the tech left my gate unlatched, and it was open when I got home. This is very much a problem because I have a very beloved dog and he could have gotten out and into traffic. This must not happen again or I will be forced to cancel.

I wasn't home and only received the e-mail Aptive was coming the same day he was scheduled. It would be nice to know a couple days in advance as I'd like the inside of my house done. Also Jason's note says he did the eaves and garage winow sill. I don't have a garage window sill? Jason was here previously and did a good job, but since I wasn't home to have the inside completed I'm not too happy. Will be calling to schedule an appointment.
