The service the gentleman did was great he called to find out if I wanted the inside of my home did and to check about the back yard and do I have a dog...his service was Great!!!

This is not just a review of your technician but the organization as a whole. I believe we have been customers for over 2 years. About two weeks ago I tried call several times. The phone rang and asked if I wanted someone to call me back, and I left my name and number and no one returned my call. I had to take care of the wasps myself because I had someone painting my house. This alone makes me want to cancel my service. As for the tech, they came around 7 pm unannounced, and my family was eating dinner out side, and was forced to move around. Tech was in such a hurry, my family felt rushed. Armando did a fantastic job explaining the service he would be providing in terms of how and what products he would be using. He was friendly and courteous while also thoroughly addressing our questions and concerns. We are looking forward to seeing the results of fire ants being gone or or at least reduced in number around our property.
