I will ask for Michael to do all of my visits. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I didn't even know he was there besides when he answered my what seemed like a million questions!

We were first time customers of Aptive today and I could not have been more impressed with Tim's knowledge, dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help. Tim did an excellent job going through the inside and outside of our home to make sure we were insect free. He called out some places to be on the lookout for and educated me on some things to do to get eliminate some of the problems we have been having. Definitely would recommend Aptive because of this experience! Now I hope the product kills all the bugs!
Eric , the tech was awesome ... my only other comment is I feel the office staff dropped The ball ... follow up appt was given to me but No one showed up... called made another appt ...& the tech was 1 1/2 Hours late....good thing the tech was awesome ... still seeing spiders ... hoping the second round helps & I tried to tip him but access was denied.?
Nick & LJ were very thorough and professional. I watched them from our security cameras hit every spot necessary. I didn't see anything to not like. As we were at hospital emergency I talked to them over our ringtone doorbell and were very cooperative. Thanks for such great guys
