Omar C was very pleasant. Informed us of starting & when he was finished applying the treatment. He answered my questions re bate trap without hesitation & making me feel secure.
Wesley was very knowledgeable, well spoken, explained all the details without giving so much information to confuse you. (that's what usually happens to me). He was very thorough & informative, never pushy.
Technician arrived in the evening and did not seem lucid. When communicating with the individual, they were lethargic and dazed. I have doubts that all of the services listed were actually completed based on the limited time the technician was on property. I physically saw them remove webs; however, I do not believe that the entirety of my property was sprayed with the insecticide listed. Technician used the spigot in my backyard as a water source for their tank, which was evident on my Ring security camera. Based on the timestamp of that video and when they departed, I cannot see how all areas listed were sprayed with Demand CS.
