Our today’s service was performed by Logan dilon. He treated all the area that was requested . he took his time to perform the service. We are very happy with Aptive and their employees.

Polite, very thorough... wore a mask, extremely professional and courteous... Aptive in general are very responsive. I sent an email on Monday, they booked me the next day and came out Friday.

As always, Aptive stff helpful & flexible wi8thy scheduling. Devon was our tech & was thourough & was so quiet that our 2 dogs did not really even know he was there. He also did extra spraying araound an area that we are having a crazy ant problem around. Hope it works. Such a nuciance! Thanks for great service.

He wasn’t here long enough to complete the inspection & treatment...& was gone before I could ask questions. Why didn’t he come in the house? All other services we’ve had came inside. We are NOT paying more for that, either. Your company is already expensive! I need a copy of the contract. It’s not in my Email!

Was told when I signed up that it covered inside and outside when I informed the guy who came out today that I wanted the inside done he told me he would do the outside and once his brother was done with the neighbor they would come and do the inside no one ever returned to complete the job so now I'm question do I want to stay/be apart of someone not keeping their word because I have to pay when the bill is due.
