We have been home all day and outside. We received an email at 12:15 indicating the service has been completed. No one from Adaptive was at our home. This is unacceptable. We want the money credited to our account. We are contacting our bank to cancel service. We now question if anything was put down the first time since we were not home on that day, and we still have an issue with wasps and spiders.

Have no idea who the tech was as never introduced himself. Went about his work competently and quick. Thrust a card at me when he finished not filled out or even a name on it. Just said here I have a card for you, then will be back in 30 days.
