Detect Asian seem to be more Therrell then previous pest control companies that I’ve used especially outside I also appreciate him using shoe covers without me having to ask he was polite and described the contract thoroughly

Vernill Roberts, the technician who came to service my home was very courteous. He explained to me the uses of the products he gave to control the particular infestation I have. He also assured me that I can call Aptive to report any more problem that could come up. I would give Aptive an 8 for having well trained technician and prompt service.

The technician was very nice and helpful but the office did not provide him with the supplies to treat for our mice issue. We have now called twice the first technician would refuse to come in the house and basically did nothing for us and this technician was ready and willing to but was not provided the proper supplies. You will need to send somebody on Monday to take care of the mice issue and please provide the supplies and let them know they’ll need to come into the house to treat
