Both our sales guy and tech were wonderful and went above and beyond! The sales guy stopped by to let us know the tech was running behind and gave us an additional discount. Something that is not done these days! The tech guy walked out property to show us where he would be applying the buy spray. I tried to award our tech the $5 bonus but the link was not working. Could you assure he receives his bonus? Thanks from Clearbrook in Avon Lake.
I cannot remember the technician's name that did our service but I would like to keep using him again in the future.
Tony was awesome and patient with my questions. He was polite and knowledgeable.
Technician Timothy was polite, informative, and did a fine job. He was respectful of everyone’s concerns about his entry into our home; using foot coverslips and personal masking.
While we were speaking Timothy seemed very attentive to our situation while at the same time using the now necessary six foot spacing for good virus protection. Very professional.

Miguel did a great job including calling me before he arrived, respecting coronavirus restrictions such as wearing a face covering and not entering the house, spraying the perimeter of the house and the shed, sweeping the webs from the eaves, inspecting glue traps previously left in my basement, giving me new traps to place in the basement, and most importantly explaining things to me and answering my questions. Miguel acted in a professional and hard working manner.
