The technician did not come to our door at all to discuss the treatment today, and also did not take care of spider webs or wasps around the front door area or the back deck. This is something that the technician usually does at our home, so I was surprised this was not done today.

Having to send out a technician for a free service is not good for business. When the technician showed up for this service he asked me to show him where the nests were that I reported. I told him I was not going to do his job for him and that if he had done a more thorough inspection the first time he would not have been sent out again. This technician left a mess on my front porch, which I pointed out to him, and after this service visit he left another mess in the same area even after being told about it. Both times he knocked down multiple mud dauber nests and left the debris on the porch area at my front door, the front steps leading to my front door, and on the sidewalk area. I...Read More

Only sprayed front yard. Back yard is where we need it most. Was home all day so we were available to let him into back yard to spray. We have dogs so a phone call to alert us would be helpful. Don't appreciate getting billed $98.34 for only spraying the front yard. Do better.
