The service provider documented that he removed spider webs and wasp nests, and he did not remove any! This services was not completed at all. We are very disappointed in the service that we received. We are questioning if he actually applied the bug treatments that he stated he did. He was obviously not truthful on what he documented was done.

Michael did a thorough job and was very efficient. My only suggestion is to let the homeowner know when you are leaving so they can ask when it is safe to let their pets out.

Joseph was super friendly and very patient as well. Poor guy rang my doorbell but I was working upstairs and on a phone call and he just waited patiently I got off the phone ran downstairs and he greeted me with a smile let me know what he was going to do and got the job done. Never a bad experience. Thank you Aptive.
