some how the technician managed to knock down one of my surveillance cameras that was attached to the house. I need for it to be replaced
Unfortunately, service was terrible - not completed as documented .. I feel totally scammed. I wasn’t able to answer the door for the tech right away but stepped outside just a few minutes later and he was already back in his car.. I expressed that we have been seeing ants and spiders in the rocks around the house as well as ant mounds in the yard. He assured me that everything had been sprayed adequately in all of those areas .. I was surprised, as that had seemed really quick.. it was literally just a few minutes from when he rang the doorbell to when I went outside.. Aptive is always prompt in coming out to rebait my rat traps. The technician inspected my property and decided where to put traps. Very efficent and professional
As we just received the service, I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the spider sprays, but I can speak to the removal of the spider webs: it is disappointing. A large group of spider webs near our mailbox/downspouts are still there.
