I appreciate Tyrone for his attentiveness to my concerns. We walked around the property and I, from a distance, asked him my questions and he talked me through his process and what he was using. He respected my home and covered his shoes. I moved curtains & furniture out from the walls, and he sprayed behind dark areas prone to pests for me. I do not know anything about the chemicals, so have to put huge trust in Aptive that these concoctions are real and they will work.

Thanks Chris for doing a great job. We've just recently noticed some very small bugs flying around the house. Almost like fruit flies. Hoping this treatment may help. Last treatment put an end to ants.

Aptive Pest Control review Eric Medlen came out to put traps around the inside and outside of the house. I was very pleased with the job he did. He listened to my concerns and had good suggestions as to where the traps would do the most good. We went around and looked for evidence of mice in different places in the house. He was very patient and looked and listened to me as to where I had seen problems. He showed me the traps he placed outside. He told me how they and the sticky traps worked. I would be very happy if he came back to do the service the next time too. He tries to please the customer. Thank you Eric!
